Meet Emma.
She started with

A career change. Two young boys. And a lifelong love of travel.
When redundancy prompted a fresh start, Emma began exploring how her experience planning trips could become a business. She started without a formal background in travel, learning as she went.
Today, she leads a community of independent travel agents. Her experience shapes Unlocked: practical guidance, personal encouragement and people you can turn to.

No previous travel or sales experience is required. You’ll have access to training and ongoing guidance as you learn how to operate your independent business.
Can I do this alongside my current job?
You choose when to work on your business. Many community members have jobs or family commitments too. Building a business still takes time and effort; Emma can help you understand what’s involved.
What does it cost to get started?
The current website lists an initial setup fee of £156 and a monthly fee of £46. Confirm the latest pricing, inclusions and cancellation terms with Emma before joining.
How would I earn an income?
You can earn a share of commission on eligible travel bookings made through the agency and its suppliers. Rates, eligibility and payment timing vary. Income is not guaranteed and depends on your bookings, costs and effort.
Do I need to recruit other people?
No. You can focus on booking travel. Team building is optional, and the community’s training and support are available whichever path you choose.
What happens after I get in touch?
